Who is responsible?

Contact form

When you write to us through the form, we receive: your name, your email, your message, and — if you fill them in — your website and phone number.

• Purpose: answering your request. Nothing else.
• Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Recipient: Astrae Labs only. No resale, no sharing.
• Retention: as long as needed to handle your request, then at most 12 months if no follow-up.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 only loads after your explicit consent through the consent banner (refusing is as easy as accepting, and changes nothing about your browsing). IP addresses are anonymized. Without consent, no analytics cookie is set. To change your mind: clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will show again.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. Write to hello@astrae.tech — quick answer, no kafkaesque forms. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
